Allison Adams Blankenship
Allison Blankenship is president of Life's Simple Solutions, Inc. in Naples, which provides hands-on tools for higher productivity, easy communication and stress reduction. She has coauthored three books on leadership, success and life-balance. Blankenship is the past president of the Florida Speakers Association, former regional director for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and 2004 recipient of the Jim Barber Leadership Award for the state of Florida. She was named "Florida Speaker of the Year" in 2003 and recently completed a two-year national tour of the Women's Leadership Conference sponsored by National Seminars Group.

Bonnie Michaels
Bonnie Michaels is president of Managing Work & Family, Inc. She speaks nationally and globally to organizations to improve work-life strategies and individuals who want to rekindle the passion and balance in their work and lives. Michaels has appeared on CNN and other news network programs including Good Morning Australia. She authors articles on work-life issues for magazines and trade publications. Michaels is the co-author of Solving the Work/Family Puzzle and her newest book is A Journey of Work-Life Renewal, the Power to Recharge & Rekindle the Passion in Life.

Patricia Varley
Patricia Varley, MHSA is recognized as a leadership consultant, life coach and national speaker. After becoming an accomplished executive in the hotel industry, Varley went on to develop a nationwide sales network of 1,000 people. For the past 15 years, she has worked with organizations and individuals on the importance of living with passion and purpose. She is the president of Women of Vision and Action Chapter in Naples, a member of the American Business Women's Association and International Federation of Coaches. Varley was honored by the Connecticut Business and Professional Women Association as a "Woman of Achievement."
